- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup boiled or warm water
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Multi Collagen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
Pour hot water over the oats to soften them (just enough water to cover them completely). then, chop up the fruit. after a couple minutes, mix the rest of the ingredients into the oats.
for cool overnight oats, seal the oats in a container and leave in the fridge overnight. just add toppings in the morning and eat!
OR to make these hot, use instant oats and do the exact same process, but instead of refrigerating after mixing everything, just top the oats and eat them right away!
