- ¼ cup filtered cold water
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 scoop Multi Collagen Protein Vanilla
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ginger root powder
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and mix thoroughly.
