Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Serves: 24 cookies

Time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 scoops Keto Collagen - Chocolate
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, Keto Collagen, baking powder, and sea salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, vanilla, and eggs Incorporate the coconut oil mixture into the flour mixture until a thick batter forms
  4. Stir in chocolate chips
  5. Scoop and roll the batter into 24 equal-size balls and gently press down with the back of a spoon
  6. Place 2 inches apart on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes
