Cashew No-Bake Cookies with Bone Broth Protein™ Vanilla

INGREDIENTS:
- 1¼ cups raw cashews
- 1 scoop Bone Broth Collagen Protein™ Vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and halved
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
DIRECTIONS:
- In a food processor, place cashews and pulse into fine pieces. Add protein powder and sea salt; pulse until combined
- Add dates, honey and oil; process until combined and sticky
- Form into balls and refrigerate until ready to eat
